This seems pricy if you want to microdose lithium, I'm not sure it works. I wish I could say the sadness became unicorns and rainbows. I might try it again, it is the only supplement I found with 20mg. I read scientific articles that state 20mg is the minimum dose for seeing improvements. I tested taking 3 capsules per day, I didn't notice much difference when taking it, but felt more irritable when stopping. That could technically mean it was working.
