Very impressed by this keto-friendly granola. First, I love how it’s sweetened with allulose and erythritol. Allulose products are hard to come by. Second, there’s a decent crunch and the nuts taste fresh! I have tried other brands where the nuts are a bit soggy or just tasted rancid. For one serving (30g), the portion, calories and carb content is decent. In moderation, definitely okay for keto. Going to be sprinkling this one yogurt and berries! Have tried several brands of KETO granola including the Julian Bakery and Nature's path one, taste and texture wise i prefer this brand SOLA. The protein crisps gives it a lighter bite that is not as chewy compared to those very heavy on nuts and seeds type. I have tried all flavours, my favourite is strawberry vanilla followed by the raspberry dark chocolate. The other 2 are delicious too, just that i like a hint of fruit flavors and tartness to lighten up the sweet taste. It is definitely expensive compared to conventional cereal but i highly recommend this product especially when you can get iherb discount. Please click on like if this review helped!

I bought the all 5 flavors to try. The size is decent compares to other keto granolas. This is the keto substitute for the regular granola. The ingredients are fine and well selected. I trusted the company.

Another repeat purchase. Lovely texture and unlike typical 'nutty' granola. Good flavour, not too overwhelmely sweet or vanillary. And often use this for a topping on yoghurts or parfaits. Low net carbs is a big bonus also :)

One of my favorite granolas with a high protein content that i’ve tried from iherb!!!!!! Its really good and definitely a competitor to the Keto Granola with almond, pecan and cinnamon flakes
