I love that Seeking Health makes a non-methylated version of their vitamins too. I haven't started using this yet, but I like that it contains lower dose of their B vitamins and minerals, as I don't need large doses for every day (I already eat a healthy diet). I also tend to run low on iron so having that 5mg will be helpful in boosting my intake.
