I’m in love with Yohimbine now. I only take 1 pill, but also drink coffee with it. The recommended dose is 2 pills. I have a clean energy that I haven’t found with any of the many nootropics I’ve tried. My mood is way better, and I only have a slight heart rate increase when active. I would recommend trying 1 pill before both. If you’re okay then maybe experiment, but I would be off the wall jacked up with two. Don't forget cardio 😬

Andrew Huberman talked about ADHD stimulate medication and how each one worked. It helped me better understand the differences between them and also helped me realise why Concerta wasn't working for me, which was due to Concerta releasing more dopamine than norepinephrine compared to dexamfetamine that I use to be on. There's research showing Yohimbine can increase norepinephrine by 26%. I measure out between 1g - 1.3 grams of Yohimbine HCL and mix it in water, then drink on empty stomach 20 minutes before eating and 40 minutes after taking medication. For me, this has reduced most of the side effects, and I now get zero headaches and crashes.

I bought these under instruction from my coach, he suggested they could aid with my summer cut. Paired with fasted cardio and the right diet I think they seem to do the trick. This isn't my first cut and I feel there is more muscle definition in areas where I perhaps didn't have as much before. It may be placebo or they may actually be beneficial that's not for me to decide. I'm taking way above the recommended dosage and had no issues with them in that sense as well so I can't complain.
