The package contains round patches in 2 sizes - large and medium. Each such patch must be placed to a pimple and left, so it is better for the night - the longer you can wear it, the more nastiness your patch will remove out of pimple during use. The effect is similar to Compeed's wet callus patch, but on the face and with pimples. A huge pimple-horn that hurts and really interferes usually disappears completely within 3 days of applying the patch, only a flat post-acne mark remains that can be masked with makeup ,then no one will suspect anything. Since the first test of these patches it has become musthave product.
