Excellent!I bought this for mom. Her varicose veins have become so painful (let alone the look of it). She was considering a surgery. She also had too high of a blood pressure and the BP medications were no longer working. I researched and I asked her to give this a try only a few weeks. She is now using this for about 5 months. Incredibly so, her varicose pain is almost disappeared. No more surgery. Plus her extremely high BP is now normalized. So much that her GP cut her regular BP med into half dose. It worked for my mother, of course I would not know if it would work for other people. Mom started with 100mg, and when it was out of stock we got 60mg, then she takes 2 pills.
NOW Foods, Pycnogenol, 60 mg trusted. The packaging is excellent. I recommend it for these reasons Pycnogenol (Pine bark extract) is an antioxidant that stimulates collagen production. Collagen gives skin its elasticity and is produced less as a person ages. This collagen-producing property has led manufacturers of skincare products to include pycnogenol in many anti-aging products. study published in the journal Skin Pharmacology and Physiology in 2012 revealed that women who took a pycnogenol supplement every day for 12 weeks saw their skin elasticity improve by 25%. They also experienced a boost in hyaluronic acid, which helps your skin hold on to moisture, and a lift in skin hydration. please like if you fund this helpful

I have been really struggling with Crohn’s disease, especially over the past three months (not eating, stomach cramps, sleeping difficulty due to stomach pain). After 1 week of taking these, I have no pain, eating normally again and the sleep is great. I can highly recommend these to people struggling with Crohns.
I started taking one of these per day in 2015 or 2016 because I was looking to remedy my popping and snapping shoulder joints at the gym. I could notice the difference very quickly, and I have been taking one pill per day ever since then. My body has gotten more rickety as I have gotten older, but this compound seems to help keep me going well enough. I take many Now products, and am satisfied with the quality, price, and research information on the labels. Pycnogenol tends to be expensive, but it has been worth it to me. Now seems to be knowledgeable enough to add extra ingredients which boost the overall effect. Some capsules and tablets are a hefty size, but this one is easy enough to swallow with food.
I read on the Internet. "An extract from the bark of the French maritime pine tree, a recent study demonstrated a dramatic reduction in tinnitus background noise after only four weeks of supplementation. The effects were dose related, with the best results from those taking 150 mg per day. " The expert recommended taking it with L-Citrulline. I ordered both the 100 mg version and the 60 mg version of Pycnogenol from Now, as well as L-Citrulline, pure powder, also from Now. In the morning, I take the 100 mg capsule, with water plus a shot of half a teaspoon of L-Citrulline dissolved in a small glass of water. The same in the afternoon, except it is the 60 mg capsule. I also take Potassium Citrate, Vinpocetine and Taurine. For the past days, the tinnitus starts going down in the early afternoon and almost reaches silence in the evenings. Note: it has never gone down - it's a constant, loud buzzing. I only recently started Pycnogenol and I still wake up in the morning with loud tinnitus, so I hope that the benefits will continue and even make it go completely (that's too optimistic, I know).

This product is a supplement for improving health, immunity, quality of life, well-being and mood. I bought it out of curiosity after reading "Vitamin" in the title of the search results. It filled some essential needs I had so far: energy boost and eliminated fatigue due to long flights and stress. NOW FOODS is become our family favorite brand! Highly recommended.
I have tried Pycnogenol in the past and liked how I felt so decided to buy a rutin/ pycnogenol combination. As I have issues with varicose veins and also want to keep healthy during the changing seasons, I figured out this is a great supplement all round. Whether it is to support the immunity, increase circulation or improve circulation, it's a win-win. I have only just started with this supplement but have high hopes for it. Whenever I take Pycnogenol for hay fever I feel a lot better.
