I take these as part of an anti-inflammation diet including assisting in joint pain. In addition to other supplements I've seen an improvement, though I have had to take a fairly high dose. I use the now products for other supplements also as i find the ingredients good quality for their price. There's not taste ad they're easy to swallow.

This is a good product. I just ordered a similar item by California Gold but in future I could just as easily go back to the NOW Foods selection depending on price and so on.

Helps with minor aches and pains and is also good for liver health. Just make sure you get Curcumin Phytosome if you want to try Tumeric. The stuff you buy at the grocery store is useless and won't absorb.
