I love this product, it helps me sleep at night and keeps me regular. Too much will cause diarrhea the next day however. The taste is not great, when mixed with water, and I get tired of mixing it every night lol but it works much faster and better than pills in my opinion. Most people are low in magnesium and the calcium helps bones. Too much of one or the other is not good however, so I rely on this mix. If this review is helpful, please leave a thumbs up. Thank you!

The powder has a mild taste that is easy to tolerate, and it dissolves quickly without leaving any unpleasant aftertaste.
I usually take Now Bone Meal, but this supplement has very little taste which allows it to be mixed in with breakfast cereals. The magnesium has a strong benefit in supporting all areas of body. This is a very good idea to include it with the calcium to help bone health.
The quality of the product is great and the price compared to size is perfect, the benefits is looking good until 1 week of using
I have recently learned the benefits of taking magnesium powder for muscle relief and gut issues. I saw this mag and calcium combo and thought I'd give it a try. I dont see much difference yet between this with the added calcium and regular magnesium powder, but I'll give it a couple more weeks and see if it works as i know these 2 minerals work in conjunction.
I add little chia seed with cornflakes or raw oats and soak with milk. They don't have any special taste but can make you feel full.
used the product throughout my both pregnancies. have to say that the product went through texture and taste changes, to the worse... but still its an excellent product considering its action quality , it does what it claims to do
Great value for a good price! I try to take calcium & magnesium every day, especially after working out. Helps the digestion and the quality of the sleep. I can't say I like the taste of it but nothing to be worried about.
Solid supplement, very comfortable in powder form unlike the NOW magnesium citrate powder which is terrible. This mixes well and is a great addition to anyone.
