Mixes well and easy to take!I've tried other magnesium citrate supplements, but CALM is my favourite. It mixes well and has never caused me any kind of stomach upset (at the recommended dosage). I just follow the directions on the label and either sip it through the day or take it an hour before bed. A little more expensive than some of the other brands, but worth it for what you get. I’ve tried the original (unflavoured) and raspberry-lemon flavours, and recommend both.
This supplement comes with great ingredients for calming down in stressful days. From the first take there was a feel of...how can i say this..Calm, almost a feel of no care. Then energy kicked in. With the second take in the afternoon felt very relaxed then to bed. feeling in the morning refreshed and well rested. My wife took it to and she had the same experience as me.(At her level) I definitely recommend this product, for any one that's feeling that stress (Work,Home etc...) from every day, climbing up on you. The quality is great and the package is easy to open. I think it’s the most beneficial for a good night sleep.
I've tried a few different brands of powdered magnesium supplements and always come back to CALM. It's a bit more expensive, but I love how easily it dissolves (others are clumpy) and keeps me "regular." Will stick with CALM from now on. Calm has the most relaxing effect on you it really helps you sleep. Calm helps you muscles to relax too because of the magnesium. the benefits for your bowls is great. You have to start out with just 1/2 teaspoon to keep from having an accident with you bowls. You work your way up to the full amount. Mix with any beverage you like and the taste be great. If you mix with a warm beverage it works better. But it is great.
