Horse Chestnut for leg veins problem!I have a lot of visible veins from my thighs to my lower legs. At times, I suffer from cramps. I believe it has got to do with the circulatory system on my legs. I am taking this Horse Chestnut together with Diosmin Hesperidin. Hopefully, this combination can help lessen the visible veins on my legs and reduce the leg cramps.
Horse chestnut, derived from the seeds of the Aesculus hippocastanum tree, is known for its potential benefits in supporting venous health, reducing edema and swelling, providing antioxidant effects, and promoting skin health. It contains a compound called aescin that helps improve blood circulation and strengthen blood vessels. Horse chestnut is commonly used to alleviate symptoms of venous insufficiency, such as varicose veins and leg heaviness. However, it's important to seek guidance from a healthcare professional before using horse chestnut, as it may interact with medications and should be processed to remove a toxic compound. They can provide personalized advice on dosage, usage, and potential interactions. Important for your diet especially for those who have high cholesterol levels
This is one of my favorites too.. I found it by searching, it has few ingredients. For vein support, it helps if you take it for one or two months. I usually take it for three months, summer time. Clean and nice product, simple ingredients. no taste and easy to take, does not impact digestion and helps your veins and blood vessels over time.. Good quality and value for money!
I'm taking this as one of the supplements in my vein-strenthening regime; there's not too many supplements with this ingredient, especially on it's own/ clean ingredients and this is a good price point too. My naturopathic doctor said Natural Factors is a good quality brand. Hopefully, it's doing something positive for my spider veins and others.
