I feel like my mood has stabilized a lot since taking this supplement, which is the main benefit i was looking for. The tablets are a little harder to swallow than others but nothing some extra water can't solve. The package is too big for how little space the product takes.
Part of a regiment of vitamins I was taking to bring my triglycerides down. I was taking these to help keep me less stressed on the journey to better health. I refuse to take prescribed medications. I went from 515 down to 87 in 90 days just by eating better, taking vitamins and no exercise. These vitamins are amazing…. I take it whenever I feel little stressed , can see the effect in couple of days . I stop after few days as I don’t want to make it a habit .
At the time I took them I was really desperate crying every day. This supplement didn't stopped me from being sad right away but by the time I finished them I was in a better headspace, I'm not sure if they worked for me or time just healed me. I didn't buy them again because I don't want to get any side effects. Right now I'm much better mentally.
