not keto frienfly. one of the greedy companies who pray on earning money on keto. soluble tapioca fiber is not a real fiber, and according to FDA big companies have gotten a deadline yo update ingredientlists to not calculate soluble tapioca fiber as fiber. isomalt is worse then tablesugar. i have been kicked out of ketosis because of this product. in addition, kissmyketo products often get my stomach to become litle bit too loose. the products in itself tastes ok/good. do not recommend.
