This review is basically playing catch-up from a couple of years ago. My wife put together a health and brain food supplements package. Great multivitamins, easy to swallow, contains lots of vitamins/minerals. 12 key nutrient groups, vitamin D, cranberry and primrose oil. Antioxidant blend, amino blend, amino acid blends and lots of good stuff. Form of soft-gel, no after taste
Really good quality with good ingredients. Love the packaging. Must take 3 pills daily however, usually forget and just take 1 or 2 so that's a minus.
