Second purchase. I use as substitute for sugar when baking. Gives cakes and cookies a nice added caramel flavor. I appreciate that it is organic and non GMO and that there are no other ingredients or additives besides the coconut sugar. Good quality and texture. I like the taste, smell, and color.

I've been trying to get away from white sugar and found this alternative. It taste great. I wish it was in a bigger package because I would buy a larger size. I use two teaspoon serving in my coffee in the morning and benefit from the lower glycemic index. It's a great addition to my diet but can also be used in other recipes.
I used this multiple times from coffee to cookies and cakes. No one was able to tell the difference and it's a much healthier option than granulated sugar. iHerb also had quick delivery, which is always a plus. I haven't noticed a huge difference between the different coconut sugars - I've tried 4 so far all have been good.
This brand of coconut sugar seems to have more flavor than some of the other brands I have tried, and is also darker in color. The price was great. I will be ordering this item again.

very coconuty, like a mix of brown sugar but different texture. haven’t cooked with it but used in tea and it’s like a toasted coconut taste. super good!!
