An interesting novelty for dry skin. The balm contains a classic selection of AHA acids in a low concentration: glycolic acid, lactic acid, malic acid, tartaric and citric acids. AHA acids work very well and exfoliate the upper layers of the skin, accelerating the replacement of dead skin cells with new cells. Also, acids are actively fighting various troubles in the form of acne and age spots. The skin becomes smoother, cleaner and healthier. Of course, you need to understand that in this case, the effect of acids is short-term and will not bring global changes, as when using AHA acids at a higher concentration. The rest of the ingredients in the product are great, apart from three ingredients. The balm is plump, like wax, but it is easily picked up with the pads of the fingers or a spatula. It melts on the skin, when interacting with water turns into a whitish, moderately fatty milk. Dissolves non-bulky makeup well, without residue. But I always use a magic napkin, that's why other balms + napkin always cleanse my face well. After washing off the makeup, the skin is wonderful - without an oily finish, but not really dry. However, after hydrophilic balms, I always wash my face with a gentle gel, that is, washing occurs in two stages. And further. Although acids are on the last place in the list of ingredients, do not forget that when they are used, the skin's sensitivity to the sun increases, especially now it is summer, so a cream with protection is a must. In general, I am satisfied with the purchase. the consumption of the balm is small, cleanses carefully, smells good, does not dry out the skin.
The only good thing in this balm is the aroma, and even then in the first couple. At first, the contents smell like an orange, but over time, the balm begins to mold on the surface and the smell becomes musty, unpleasant. It washes off very mediocrely too - the skin remains oily to the touch. The use of the second stage of purification is a must!! Well, there’s nothing to say about cosmetics - it just smears everything on the face 😔 In addition, the use of microplastics at the beginning of the list clearly does not honor this product.
