Having very sensitive and reactive skin with occasional dermatitis at the eye area it is very difficult to find any skincare, let alone a makeup removing product that wouldn’t cause a reaction, especially since the irritation is often caused by products I happen to use. This has been truly the only micellar cleansing water (including from the rest of the range of micellars from Garnier), that does effectively remove waterproof eye makeup without rubbing, is oil-free, does not sting, cause redness or any other reaction. Worth mentioning another great advantage of it - that since it is oil-free it is perfect for contact lense wearers as the oils in makeup removers and face cleansers can often be damaging to certain types of lenses.

I love this micellar water, it really removes all my make up, even several layers of mascara. It doesn’t have any particular scent and it leaves my skin soft and not oily. I use it daily and it’s gonna last me a long time since it comes in a pretty bid size .

Great make up cleanser. It cleans really well. I noticed that my skin has less break out after I learn to clean my skin/make up properly. I sometimes put on heavy make up and physical sunscreen but this guy can clear everything up. It also safe for me to use because I have fungal acne so cleaning oil or balm is a big NO for me. This saved my skin really. LOVE IT!

The Garnier SkinActive Micellars are amazing! This particular one, with the blue top, removes waterproof mascara better than anything I've ever used. The separation layer on it is normal, it has to be shaken. The other varieties are awesome as well. The pink top is a general everyday remover, and the one I fell in love with to begin with. I use it when I dont have waterproof mascara on. The green top is mattifying, and I use it in the mornings before I put my makeup on. It helps keep the oily shine away through the day. Yes, I use all three because I love them all! I havent tied the yellow top, but it has brighteners in it.

MAKE SURE YOU SHAKE BEFORE EVERY USE!! I've previously used the pink cap micellar cleansing water without issue, this one has oil and it separates obviously. So a few seconds/min after shaking the bottle for use it'll separate again so SHAKE AGAIN else you'll end up swiping oil on your face LOL. Gets rid of foundation, sunscreen, eyeshadow, shimmer eyeshadow and mascara. I don't use waterproof mascara so can't attest to that yet!

Fantastic. Does what it says! It removes even water proof mascara and eyeliner. I will definitely keep buying this. The size is great and should last long. I love it!

I’m on my 5th bottle of this. I use this as my first cleanser to remove makeup n water resistant sunscreen. And it does remove waterproof mascara, as claimed.

Love this! Takes off my waterproof mascara and yet gentle on my skin and eyes. I take my make up off using this with my contact lenses on. Never had any issues.

The best makeup remover I’ve ever used, literally no scrub. Takes off all my eye makeup and doesn’t irritate my eyes. Doesn’t really smell like much which I like since I’m not into smelly things.

My favorite micellar water, high quality since it cleans my waterproof mascara in seconds. The scent isn't very strong either which I like, and it's quite big so has lasted me for around half a year of use.
