This is made by a great company and the blend of mushrooms is excellent. My husband has been taking AHCC on it's own to inhibit tumor growth and I've read that you need a break if using it long term. This does have the AHCC mushroom in it but also a blend of excellent immune and health boosting mushrooms, so we are hoping this will work just as well.

These Mushrooms not only have kept me safe from bacterial or viral infections even though I come in contact with 300 different people a day at work and I have 3 auto immune diseases. doesn't give me any weird side effect. I feel it helps me with common cold. few times i felt that i was gonna catch a cold, was sneezing and feeling blue, but it dissapeared the next day.

Taking mushrooms in a capsule form is easy and you get to avoid the earthy taste of them. I got this at the start of the pandemic as an immune boost in case things got really bad in my neighborhood. Luckily, things never got bad and I've only tried it twice. I do have my second vaccine shot coming up, which they say has strong side effects, so I will try this then. I'll update this review then.
