I am casein intolerant and I am on a dairy free diet. However, it can occasionally happen while eating outside that some dairy ingredients are included. I always take 2 tablets before meal in that case and this enzyme helps me a lot to avoid feeling sleepy and boated after meal. As all the enzymes from this brand it is top quality.
I ensured in qualities of this product on myself. Definitely worth using if you have difficulties with digesting lactose! Using 1-2 pills right before/during/after the meal with milk-containing food (pasta with cheese, milk dessert) gives the benefit of avoiding of consequences of inability to properly digest lactose (excessive gas, acne rash, etc). Will buy more.
I consume quite a lot of dairy and feel that I benefit from the enzyme product Lacto. My stomach feels normal after milk and cottage cheese, with no discomfort in the intestines. My husband takes this with meal that has dairy ingredients in it. works well that it doesn't send him to the toilet immediately or make his stomach upset, he is lactose intolerant. Good quality product that works well, now he can enjoys meals with dairy or even other dairy products. The pills are tiny, easy to swallow and has no taste to it. Wow! I've had issues with casein intolerance and this seems to have cracked it (but do note that I also introduced a prebiotic supplement at the time so it may have been the combo, however no prebiotic has solved this issue on its own before). I am so happy!

I'm lactose intolerant and while i can live without milk and yoghurt, cheese is hard to let go of. I take one before eating it and it works like a charm. When i inadvertently consume dairy and have stomach ache, i take one after and it helps relieve the pain
