Love the quality of ingredients and the flavor is great! Haven't noticed any improvements in health, but I've only gone through 1/2 the container. However, with that said I love the Ancient Nutrition products by Dr. Axe!
Almost consuming every other day and feel the difference in my skin texture become smooth and more tighten and my knee and neck pain improved much… hopefully to disappear after finishing my lovely product… will re order again
I do not know if it is beneficial or the impact .... but it's not too bad tasting.. I feel very uncomfortable about such 'loaded' content / is it healthy ?

You can’t go wrong adding this powder to your diet. I’ve been drinking bone broth collagen for over a year and a half. I’m almost 62 and I look and feel like I’m in my 30s. Does wonders for your skin health, tendons and ligaments are strong. I had aches and pains until I started drinking this. Try this amazing product, you won’t regret it.
The taste isn’t as good as other powders I have got the other reviews on the taste they are right. Recommend the capsules for this brand and getting the powder from a different brand
