The size is somewhat big and has a strong scent and taste! Note that 2 pills is the daily dose but so far i take one per day because urine turns bright yellow. I guess it is the right dosage for me! The first benifot i saw from it is my nail stopped breaking so much!

This turned out to be the best deal for my needs. I use this product daily, and it can get expensive, but with the auto ship pricing it is very affordable. Top product that everyone recommends, and it does the miracles. The formula is precise to what you need so that your hair and nail grew faster. 90 tabs are enough for 3 months, so it is a complete course. No more no less. Not much of a taste if you have it with a lot of water. But benefits are great.

You can see results on your hair loss after 2 weeks of taking this vitamins + other manipulations such as massages, special shampoo, masks and so on. What about skin and nails, didn't see any improvements. As I have acne skin, and am wearing gel nails.
