I do find this brand quality to be more effective than others in the market. This is a must have essential at home & during travel for stomach upset, food poisoning, bloating or generally feeling out of sorts instead of having to make frequent trips to the doctor. Great for clearing and resetting the body system too. Just take 2 capsules every 4-5 hrs for 1-3 days depending on symptoms. It's tastless and in an easy to swallow size. Like it that it's in a glass bottle. We always make sure to restock when running low as it's often times a life saver. Do make sure to take supplements or other medication 2 hrs apart to be safe that they aren't absorb by this activated charcoal. Pls give me a thumbs up if u feel my review helps in any way! :)
I began taking this a part of a protocol, binder, to remove toxins out of my system. I take it at night, to help bind toxins out of my blood in the stomach before they get reabsorbed. I noticed it has helped a lot with digestion, gas, and overall gut health. A must to keep in the medicine cabinet.
I can tell this really works! I have a problem of not able to sweat even during workout or wait lifting. I took this charcoal aiming to detox the heavy metal from my body. After only taking one tablet, I was sweating a lot in my workout ! it absolutely work for me

I've been using activated charcoal for years. This is an excellent product of good quality. The size of the package is convenient (will last for a couple of years for us!), the taste is neutral. The dosage is great. Does its job. My spouse also takes it if needed. :)
Got this after the brand I had been using for years got discontinued. Like that it's in a glass bottle. Don't like that I have to I have to take 2 capsules, wish it was 1. But it's an easy size to swallow. Always like to keep some on hand for overeating or drinking too much.
This has been my go to for any upset: ie, stomach, etc. It is an adsorbent; so, it absorb so much more than you'd think it could.
i used to have charcoal pills but another brand but this seems to be stronger, i only have to take one pill, versus the other one i used to have, i had to take two.
This is great activated charcoal and we use this for detoxing and for stomach bugs. It helps to bind to toxins and bacteria and excrete from the body. I have kept myself from getting stomach bugs and helped the kids to get over a stomach bug really quickly!
