Big helper for fissure
These suppositories are great quality and good size! Benefit - They help very well to heal the anal fissures. The main ingredient is vitamin E. I didn't have any allergy reaction from them. When I got them they were a little soft inside the foil because they made on the base of coconut and palm oil. So, the main idea is to keep the box with suppositories in the fridge (NOT freezer) and take one suppository right before you need to use it that it will not be too soft or melted. Very convenient to use when they are right from fridge.
Not what I expected
I bought the smaller package of Key E suppositories and tried 1 or 2 and quickly ordered the bigger package of 24 inserts because of the clean ingredients. I have only used it rectally so far, but have not been very happy with it. I like all the ingredients and in theory these suppositories should have a great effect, but in reality, these made me feel bloated and caused sleeping discomfort, so I don't have a positive opinion at all. However, I'll come back to share my thoughts once I use them vaginally as well.
