I think it's a great quality product for the ones who really use it. For sure the ingredients are oregano, you can feel it on your breath after taking it. The softgels are the best option because oregano if quite strong.

felt a lot better after taking this for 3 consecutive days. I take it after meals, but have one comment though. The oregano taste is quite strong but considering how good i felt, it’s worth it. I’m prone to having UTI, i think this helped a lot with the symptoms.
