Nice calcium carbonate supplement with some D3 (1000IU), in a softgel form although shame about the soybean oil, would have been much better with extra virgin olive oil instead. Always make sure to take vitamin K2 whenever you take calcium, so it can go where it should, that is to the bones and teeth.
