I love thos one, this taste great, I get more energy, and I relax my body when I take this, normally I have a little pain in my shoulders from stress, but this helps me alot!!! Much better than other brands I have tried like alacer, differnt norwegian and danish brands and so on. Also helps taking this after you drink much alcohol, no pain in head or upset stomach next morning ;)) tried it yesterday new year evening!

This drink tastes delicious when mixed with just a quarter cup of water. I then drink more water afterwards to make up the required amount. This kept my energy up when I had the flu. I also gave it to my daughter a few times when she was dehydrated from gastro (although it is advised not to be given to children) I felt comfortable giving her some as a once off for the benefit of electrolytes, and it bought her spirits up straight away.

Too much B vitamins odor/flavor

I bought these because I had been using a different effervescent vitamin C tablet product while living overseas, and I thought this would be a good substitute. It is and it isn't. I like the range of flavors, but I can't stand the odor/taste of the B vitamins. I also bought a couple flavors of Emergen-C to compare to this, but it's the same issue there: whichever B vitamin it is that is so stinky, I just can't abide it. I wish the manufacturer would make a plain non-electrolyte/vitamins version with just the vitamin C and flavoring.

Healthy Alternative To Cordial

Great if you like flavour in your water. Am trying drink more water and less cordial this is perfect. Nice purple colour and taste. Doesnt upset the stomach and good source of vits and bonus elderberry powder. Works in almond milk too turns it a lovely purple colour with a hint of berry taste. Better than those boring effervescent vit c tablets that taste funky.
