A tangy, garlicky flavor explosion - inspired by the homemade aiolis served at some of our favorite restaurants. And because aioli is made with a LOT of oil, we use only the good stuff: 100% Olive Oil.
Fun Fact!
"Aioli" comes from the phrase "Allioli" - a combo of the Catalan words for "garlic" and "oil." We use 'REAL' chopped garlic, not powder or extract!
